We hand deliver your flowers and can do so within a time preference of AM or PM.
Sadly we are unable to make deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holiday Mondays, Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
Should no one be available at the address at the time of delivery we will use common sense and leave the flowers either in a safe place, like a garden shed or porch, or with a friendly neighbour.
Should we leave the flowers we will always leave a “sorry you weren’t in” card so that the recipient knows where to find their flowers. On the rare occasion that we cannot find a safe place to leave the flowers we will leave our contact details and return with the flowers to our workshop until we are contacted by the recipient.
